     The business permit is a requirement for all enterprises operating within the territorial jurisdiction of the Municipality.  It is a document that affirms the legitimacy of the business as well as a proof that it has complied with mandatory requirements and has settled regulatory fees and taxes due to the Municipal Government Unit.

The business permit and licensing is one of the major tax collection function of any Local Government Unit. The collection on business permits and licenses, is one of the primary source of income of our Municipality adopted thru the Municipal Revenue Code of 1992.

Requirements on securing Business Permit:

New Business

1. Barangay Clearance
2. DTI / SEC / CDA Registration
3. Tax Declaration
4. Real Property Tax
5. Contract of Lease (if leasing)
6. Business Permit of Lessor (if leasing)
7. Occupancy Permit
8. BIR 2303 (Local Tin No.) (for corporations)

Old Business

1. Previous Year’s Business Permit
